Backflow Report Router

A device portfolio you can see, not a spreadsheet you chase.

For backflow testers, plumbers, irrigation and fire contractors, and property portfolios. Turn recurring device testing and report routing into a visible portfolio instead of a spreadsheet-and-email chase.

Status

Available now: $79/mo for up to 15 devices, $149/mo for up to 50, $2 per device over. Done for you: KytherIQ sets it up and keeps it current with you, month to month. Cancel any time; a month already started is not refunded. Licensed professionals and authorities keep every regulated role. KytherIQ never submits backflow test reports to any water authority, including Miami-Dade WASD, on a tester’s behalf; draft or staging software is not regulatory approval.

The problem

What keeps going wrong

Hundreds of devices, dozens of authorities, each with its own form and its own idea of “accepted”. A failed test needs a retest nobody scheduled. The report went somewhere.

What KytherIQ delivers

The operating set

  • Device and property registry
  • Testing due-date view
  • Tester and authority routing
  • Failed-test and retest workflow
  • Submission and acceptance tracking
How it works

Four steps, in order.

ImportDevices, owners, due dates and authorities.
CaptureTest results and report evidence.
RouteAdministrative follow-up to the correct authority workflow.
CloseRejection, retest and acceptance tracked to closure.
Demonstration

Device portfolio

A fictional demonstration of the operating model. This is what the working view is designed to look like, not a customer result.

What code this follows
  • Florida Administrative Code rule 62-555.360 (cross-connection control)
  • Your water utility’s cross-connection control program and test-report requirements (for example, Miami-Dade WASD)

Every deadline and record KytherIQ tracks for you points to the rule that creates it, and each action we take is logged with a time stamp. Rules change and local requirements vary: your licensed professional or the authority has the final word. Our standards.

Professional and regulatory boundary

KytherIQ provides administrative coordination, workflow management, documentation, evidence tracking and operational support. KytherIQ does not perform regulated inspections, engineering, testing, certification, legal services or governmental compliance determinations. Regulated work remains with the appropriately licensed professional or authority.

Questions

Asked before signing.

Does KytherIQ test backflow assemblies?
No. Testing stays with qualified testers under the applicable program. KytherIQ routes and tracks the paperwork around the test.
Who is the best-fit customer?
A contractor or portfolio manager responsible for many recurring devices and reports across more than one authority.

Start with scope, not software.

KytherIQ will confirm the workflow, responsibilities, price and what is outside scope before paid work begins.
