Bids and proposals
Bid plans are monthly: cancel any time, with no cancellation fee; a month already started is not refunded (see Monthly services below). A hand-written bid paid for before October 13, 2026 is refunded in full if we haven't started it; after delivery, we revise it until it matches the agreed scope.
Setup fees
A setup fee is fully refundable until we submit your texting registration or start building. After that, it isn't refundable, because the carrier and registration costs are already spent. Missed-call text-back currently has no setup fee.
Monthly services
Cancel any time; no refund for a month already started. There is no cancellation fee. See Terms of Service.
Missed-call text-back
If your phone setup can't run text-back, your first payment is refunded in full.
Texting goes live after carriers approve your business texting, usually 1–2 weeks. If you paid before your texting is live, you can cancel for a full refund any time before it goes live.
30-day text-back promise
If text-back doesn't catch a single missed call in its first 30 days live, we refund your first month. It covers missed-call text-back on its own and the Profit Lock bundle. "Live" starts the day we turn texting on for your number, after carrier approval. "Catch" means our system recorded at least one missed call to your number; the count is in your monthly results report. Ask within 15 days after the 30 days end, and the refund goes back to your card.
Fixed-price projects (websites, automation, audits)
Refunded in full before work starts. After that, you get the refund stated in your written scope.
