You always own your accounts.
KytherIQ works inside your Google Business Profile, website, phone and texting accounts as a manager, never as the owner. Here is exactly what that means, and how to remove us in one step if you ever want to.
The rules we work by
- We never ask for your passwords or two-factor codes. Not on the phone, not by text, not by email. If anyone claiming to be KytherIQ asks, stop and call 754-654-9449.
- You add us with the platform's own invite. Google Business Profile: Business Profile settings → Managers → Add. Your website host: Users or Team → invite. Twilio or your carrier: a user or sub-account in your name.
- You can remove us any time. Remove the manager, revoke the user, done. Nothing we built stops working when you do.
- Numbers stay with your business. A phone number bought for your missed-call text-back is registered to your business. If you leave, we transfer it to you on request.
- Your data is yours. We keep only what the work needs, and we delete it within 30 days after the work ends if you ask.
- Scope in writing before payment. You get the scope, price, deliverables and timing in writing before you pay anything. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
What we ask for, by service
- Missed-call text-back. Nothing from your accounts. You keep your number and your carrier; unanswered calls forward to a text-back line set up in your business's name. The setup call takes about 20 minutes.
- Google Business Profile. Manager access to the profile, for the work you approved. You stay the primary owner.
- Websites and booking pages. Your domain and hosting stay in your name; we are invited as a user. You get the code.
- Bids and proposals. Your scope, quantities and prices, sent to us. We never log in to anything.
- Vendor spend review. Copies of invoices and contracts. No login to your accounting system is needed.
How to remove KytherIQ
Google Business Profile: Business Profile settings → Managers → remove. Website host: Users → remove. Any phone or texting account: remove the user, or text us and we will do it the same day and confirm in writing.
