How KytherIQ is built

KytherIQ began by doing the work directly: bids, audits, websites, custom tools and operational problem solving. That is still how every service starts.

When the same problem appears repeatedly, KytherIQ turns the work into a structured System. When a System proves demand, more of the repetitive workflow is engineered. That order matters: customer work teaches the software what should exist.

What KytherIQ is not

It is not a generic AI wrapper, a freelancer marketplace, a regulated inspection company, or a promise that every business problem should be automated. KytherIQ uses software, automation, data, AI and human review where each improves the outcome.

Who you work with

KytherIQ is founder-led and Veteran-owned. Our founder, Tristin Von Gunten, came up in the trades, mechanics and plumbing and is a US military veteran. Clients work directly with the people responsible for the scope and the delivery.

Where work happens

South Florida on-site where the work benefits from it. Remote nationwide for most work.

What KytherIQ is honest about

• KytherIQ is not a licensed Florida contractor, engineer, inspector or attorney, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Regulated work stays with regulated professionals, and every compliance page says so.
• Not every System is at the same maturity. Each product page labels its status.
• We do not show customer logos, testimonials or case studies we do not have. The demos use sample data, and each one says so.
