What can I buy today?
Five services: Lead Rescue, Google Business Profile, Websites & Booking Pages, Vendor Spend Review and Custom Builds & Automation. Profit Lock, plus done-for-you compliance, SOP and margin systems: Condo Command Center, Backflow Report Router, Hood Proof, Elevator Filing Copilot, Public Pool Compliance Log, Tank Compliance Binder, SOP Foundry and Profit Architecture. Bids & Proposals plans are in early access; book a call for early access. FORGE Lab R&D is in discovery and not for sale yet. Each page says which.
Is the work automated?
Partly. KytherIQ does the work with software and human review, and automates steps once they are proven. You are buying the result described in your written scope, not an automation percentage.
Does KytherIQ perform regulated inspections or certify compliance?
No. KytherIQ coordinates administrative workflow, records, evidence, deadlines and follow-up. Licensed professionals and authorities retain every regulated role.
Is KytherIQ an AI company?
AI is part of the technology stack, not the product promise. KytherIQ recovers revenue for service businesses, and uses software, automation, data, AI and human review where each improves the outcome.
Do you work from a written scope?
Yes. Every service starts with a written scope, price, what is outside scope and a definition of done. You work directly with KytherIQ, not a marketplace.
What is FORGE Lab?
The experimental arm. Diagnostics, feasibility sprints, prototypes and R&D for technically uncertain work. Bounded scope, bounded spend, and no promises about patents, funding or licensing income.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes. South Florida on-site where the work benefits from it, remote nationwide for most work. Florida-first compliance offerings are scoped around the applicable jurisdiction.
How do payments work?
Projects under $750 are usually paid upfront. Items with a checkout link are paid in full at checkout; other work is usually half to start and half before delivery, and larger projects can use written milestones. Monthly services collect the first month before onboarding. The written scope controls. Once you have a quote, pay online at kytheriq.com/pay by card or Apple Pay through Stripe.
Is there a free bid?
Not anymore. Bids are now self-serve monthly plans, $175/mo for 5 bids, in early access; book a call for early access. Contract review still starts with a free first review. See Bids & Proposals.
Can I submit a project without agreeing to SMS?
Yes. SMS consent on the intake form is optional, separate and unchecked by default.
Who will I actually be working with?
You work directly with the people who scope and deliver your work, not a layer of account managers. Scope, price and timing are written down before you pay.
