Goes live only after your phone setup is confirmed compatible, carrier registration for business texting is approved, consent and STOP / opt-out handling are in place, and an end-to-end test passes. It is usually live in 1–2 weeks; carrier approval of business texting is the longest step, and the timeline is confirmed in writing.
