Founding pricing, limited availability: the first 3 paying contractors get 30% off the missed-call text-back monthly fee for 12 months, in exchange for a case study. It does not apply to bids, websites, the care plan, setup fees or one-time prices. Reviews are asked for separately and never paid for.

Every price above is the same one published on /pricing and on /pay. The Pay links open the secure Stripe checkout for that exact item once your scope is agreed; founding pricing, where it applies, is confirmed in your written scope. Not sure which item you need? Four steps, in writing.
- Apply online. Tell us your trade, service area and what you want fixed first. No call required.
- Written scope. We send the scope, price and start date in writing before you pay anything.
- Set up. Text-back is usually live in 1–2 weeks (carriers must approve business texting). Bid plans start when the app is live; program members get early access.
- Review together. After 30 days we look at what was caught and sent. You keep going month to month, or stop.
Google Meet is our standard meeting format. In-person meetings are available only in Broward County, West Palm Beach and Miami, with at least 24 hours’ notice and a confirmed location. SMS consent is optional; reply STOP to opt out.
After you apply you land on a confirmation page and your application is saved for our team, who reads every application and usually replies the same day.
